1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookMore's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the BookMore platform, including wedding photographers, creative professionals, and marketing agencies.

2. Description of Service

BookMore is an AI-powered lead qualification and response automation platform. Our service:

• Connects to your Instagram Business account to receive and respond to direct messages
• Uses artificial intelligence to automatically respond to inquiries based on your configured settings
• Qualifies leads by extracting information like wedding dates, budgets, and venues from conversations
• Organizes and tracks leads in a dashboard with status management
• Allows you to configure bot behavior, response style, packages, and custom rules

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have a Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account
• Provide accurate business information during setup
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Instagram Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize BookMore to:

• Access and read your Instagram direct messages
• Send messages on your behalf using our AI assistant
• Access basic profile information

You can revoke this access at any time through your Instagram settings or by disconnecting in BookMore. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. AI-Generated Responses

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be perfect or appropriate for every situation
• You are responsible for configuring the bot correctly and monitoring its responses
• You can pause the bot at any time for individual leads or globally
• You should review conversations regularly and take over when needed
• BookMore is not liable for any business lost due to AI responses

We provide tools like trigger words, behavior rules, and human takeover detection to give you control over the AI's behavior.

6. Subscription and Payment

BookMore offers subscription-based pricing at ₹2,999/month or ₹29,999/year. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate payment information

We offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual subscriptions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Misrepresent yourself or your business to leads
• Use the service to collect data for purposes other than lead qualification
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service if you are a competitor for competitive analysis

8. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your business information, packages, templates, and custom configurations. You grant BookMore a license to use this content solely to provide the service. Your lead data and conversation history belong to you, and you can export or delete it at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party APIs (Instagram, AI providers) that may experience downtime. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible. In webhook mode, messages are delivered in real-time; in polling mode, there may be delays between message receipt and processing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BookMore is not liable for any lost bookings, revenue, or business opportunities
• We are not responsible for AI responses that may be inappropriate or inaccurate
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any actions taken by Instagram/Meta regarding your account

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• AI responses will always be appropriate or error-free
• The service will increase your bookings or revenue
• Lead qualification scores will be 100% accurate
• The service will be uninterrupted or bug-free

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end, but you can request an export of your data before deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of BookMore after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
